Wilson House Dental Practice first opened in Milton Keynes more than 50 years ago, moving to its present location, a period property in Station Road, in the early 1970s. Since then, it has grown to become the caring, professional, private practice that it is today.

Single tooth implants are an innovative and popular way to replace a missing tooth and its root. A small titanium screw that mimics the tooth’s root is placed into the empty socket. It will take several months for the screw to fuse with your jawbone and provide an anchor for the prosthetic tooth.

At the second stage of the treatment, a crown is created from a mould of your mouth and attached to a small metal post called an abutment. The crown is designed to look just like your natural teeth.
